Submit a Report

Registered spotters and members of the general public are encouraged to submit reports of observed severe weather.

Reports can currently only be submitted via email, or using the form found on the 'Contact Us' page. Reports should contain the following:

Spotter ID if you have one
Location, date, time, and duration of event
Full description of the event
Details of any supporting evidence (video, photographs)
Any damage details

As guidance, please refer to the table below which indicates what you should report dependent on the alert issued:
